Mainly used for small mobile saw machines like Wood-mizer, Pilous. Cutting edge lifetime can be increased with tip hardening or stelliting. We supply them in coils or welded. Teeth can be only punched, set, set-hardened, stellite tipped. Teeth shapes are mostly WM.<\/p>\n

Blades for set<\/h2>\n

Set bandsaw blades are mainly used on smaller sawmills. Advantage of this type of tools is low price and servicing costs. Maintenance can be made by customer itself. Current market and quality requirements slowly pushes away this kind of tools and most of customers switches to swaged or stellite tipped.<\/p>\n

Swaged saw blades<\/h2>\n

Swaged band saw blade in terms of durability is something between set and stel- lite tipped blade. Swaged offers higher cutting performance than set blade. Most of cus- tomers is able to maintenance these tools by ourselves, which leads to reduced costs compared to stellite tipped, but never achieve their performance. New tools are supplied completely ready to cut: tensioned, swaged, precisely sharpened.<\/p>\n

Stelitovan\u00e9 p\u00e1sy<\/h2>\n

Durability can be significantly increased by welding stellite onto tooth tip. After proper sharpening they give the best cutting performance.<\/p>\n
